The Lift for Citizens Development and Advancement (LICDA) is a non profit citizen’s sector organization established in 2020 with the desire of enhancing citizens fundamental human rights while curbing abuses as well as promoting public health, accountability, and good governance through various initiatives. Our programs and activities are formulated in a manner intended to drive institutional and behavioural change.

To advance internet integrity by promoting access while working to curb its misuse/abuse and ensuring a viable public health system with human rights and good governance entrenched.
