Sensitization and training session for members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) on citizens’ rights, responsibilities, and the role of community-based paralegals in fostering safer, more inclusive communities.

On Tuesday, Lift for Citizen’s Development and Advancement (LICDAAFRICA) hosted an impactful sensitization and training session for members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in the Legal Aid Community Development Service group under our Building Community Power through Forging Trust Project.

The session equipped corps members with vital knowledge on citizens’ rights, responsibilities, and the role of community-based paralegals in fostering safer, more inclusive communities.

We’re delighted that our message was received with such enthusiasm — these young changemakers are eager and ready to engage their communities as paralegals.

Together, we’re building a generation that understands and upholds the power of trust.
